HASSLE-FREE RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure your return takes place within 30 days of the purchase date and products are in the condition you received them with the original packaging.

Email our Customer Service Team at info@razarsharp.com; include your invoice number. We’ll send you a FedEx pre-paid return label via email within minutes, and take care of the shipping costs! Affix the return label to the original packaging and drop off at your local FedEx store.

We’ll inspect the return within 72 hours of receipt and process the refund to your original method of within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your method of payment, posting of your refund could take an additional 2 to 10 business days.
