Community Engagements

As a Washington DC based company, our main social and community engagement objectives are two-fold: 1) Partner with local urban community businesses to support green, eco-friendly practices in the DC area, and 2) Provide direct financial and product contributions to urban community-based organizations with a focus on youth entrepreneurship.

Razarsharp strongly believes that a community business flourishes when it contributes to  community and its environment.  With that, we seek out opportunities to make meaningful contributions to eco-friendly city programs that improve urban green environments and social enterprises that empower the community through entrepreneurship.

DC LIVE GREEN:  Live Green partners with local eco-conscious businesses that score high on eco-friendly practices, quality and price to help promote green living as part of the mainstream.

Razarsharp supports and partners with Live Green by sponsoring local events.

 

 

  PARK VIEW KIDS ZONE: Park View Kids Zone creates opportunities for children to learn, to be empowered, and to have fun.  Through one-on-one mentoring and tutoring, we create relationships that will help children to succeed in their education, life skills, and their community.

Razarsharp is sponsoring the launch of the Park View Kids Zone Lawn Service business.

  

 

DC GREENWORKS:  District Department of Environment RiverSmart Homes program, the city’s effort to protect the rivers and stream,  and DC Green Works, a social enterprise are working toto protect the environment through rainwater conservation, reuse and protecting rivers and streams in Washington DC.  DC Greenworks has helped DC residents install over 1,600 rain barrels at homes, buildings, community gardens, and urban agriculture projects.

Razarsharp  support swater conservation initiatives through our distribution of low profile rain barrels (Rainwater Hog).  Our Rainwater HOG fits in small spaces and is an ideal solution for rainwater collection in urban settings and homes.
